11. SMS, Email and Promotional Communications
If you choose to register or sign in using a phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Minimap Clothing Store or its SMS service provider, including one-time verification codes and, where applicable, order status notifications.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to these messages. Minimap Clothing Store does not charge you separately for them.
Your phone number is shared with our SMS service provider solely to deliver these messages and is not used by the provider for any other purpose.
We keep the phone number and email you give us to sign you in, process your orders and contact you about them. They are kept for as long as your account exists, or until you ask us to delete them (see sections 7 and 9).
Promotional messages — news, new arrivals, sales and special offers — are sent by SMS or email only to customers who have separately agreed to receive them, by ticking the optional "Send me news and offers" box at checkout or subscribing in their profile settings. Accepting these terms when you sign in or place an order does not by itself mean you agree to promotional messages.
You can withdraw your consent to promotional messages at any time in your profile settings ("News and offers") or by contacting us at our contact email or phone. Withdrawing it does not stop service messages such as verification codes and order notifications.
12. Wallet / Store Credit Balance
Minimap Clothing Store offers an in-app wallet (store credit) that may be credited to your account through programs such as cashback, the referral program, or promotional bonuses.
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for money, or transferred to another person or account.
- Wallet balance can only be used to pay, in whole or in part, for purchases made on the Minimap Clothing Store website (minimap.am).
- Wallet balance is an application-level bonus granted at our discretion as part of a promotional program. It is not a deposit, a financial instrument, electronic money, or a guaranteed sum of money, and it has no value outside the Minimap website.
- If the Minimap website or a specific promotional program is discontinued, suspended, or otherwise becomes unavailable for technical, business, or any other reason, any unused wallet/bonus balance is forfeited. This does not create a debt, a refund obligation, or any entitlement to real money.
- We may adjust, reverse, or cancel wallet credit that was granted in error, because of a cancelled or returned order, or because of fraud or abuse.
