1. General Terms

These terms govern the use of the Minimap Clothing Store website and making purchases.

By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Description

We strive to ensure maximum accuracy of product photos and descriptions.

Colors may slightly differ due to screen display
Sizes may have a difference of +-1-2 cm

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Armenian Dram (AMD)
Minimap Clothing Store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice
Payments are made through secure payment systems or upon delivery (if available)

4. Shipping Options and Cost

Minimap Clothing Store offers the following shipping terms:

Standard shipping within Armenia - FREE
Yerevan: 1-2 days, with prior contact to confirm preferred delivery time
Regions: 2-4 business days, delivered via postal service

Currently, paid or express shipping is not available.

We reserve the right to change delivery times in cases of force majeure or heavy load.

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Order Confirmation

The order is considered confirmed after our confirmation via phone or message.

Cancellation by Customer

The customer may cancel the order:
Before delivery
At the time of delivery - by refusing to accept the product

If the order is cancelled before delivery, the full amount is refunded.

If the customer refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery:

If payment was made online, the refund is processed within 5-10 business days

Minimap Clothing Store reserves the right to restrict future orders in case of multiple unfounded rejections

6. Returns and Refunds

Return terms are governed by a separate "Return & Refund Policy" section.

7. Order Rejection by Us

Minimap Clothing Store is not liable in the following cases:

Data is false or incomplete
The product is out of stock
There is a technical pricing error
Suspicious activity has been recorded

8. Intellectual Property

All materials published on the website are the property of Minimap Clothing Store and are protected by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Minimap Clothing Store is not liable in the following cases:

Delays caused by third-party delivery services
Technical malfunctions of the website
Issues arising from incorrect data provided by the user

10. Account Registration and Sign-In

You can create a Minimap account or sign in in the following ways:

Email verification code — a one-time code sent to your email; entering it signs you in or creates a new account automatically.
Phone (SMS) verification code — a one-time code sent by SMS to the phone number you provide; entering it signs you in or creates a new account automatically.
Password — if you have set a password, you may sign in with your email or phone and password.
Google account sign-in.

By registering or signing in with a phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Minimap Clothing Store or its SMS service provider, containing one-time verification codes and, where applicable, order-related notices.

A verification code is personal, single-use and valid for a limited time. Never share it with anyone — Minimap staff will never ask you for your verification code.

Even when you register with a phone number, a valid email address is still required at checkout, since your order confirmation and fiscal (tax) receipt are always sent by email.

To prevent abuse, we may limit how many verification codes are sent to one phone number, email address or IP address within a given period of time.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — password, verification codes, and the device or phone used to receive them — confidential. Minimap Clothing Store is not liable for actions taken on your account if your credentials were shared or your device was accessed by someone else.

Promotional messages (news, sales, special offers) are sent only to customers who have separately agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See section 11 of the Privacy Policy.

11. Loyalty Program, Cashback and Wallet

Loyalty program

Registered customers are placed in a loyalty tier based on the total amount paid for their delivered orders, minus refunds.
Each tier gives a percentage discount on participating products. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Minimap Clothing Store may change a tier's discount percentage by no more than 3 percentage points up or down.
Changes apply only to future orders. Orders already placed keep the discount they received.

Cashback

When cashback is active, a percentage of the order total after all discounts is credited to the customer's wallet after the order is delivered.
If an order is returned in full or in part, the matching share of cashback is deducted from the wallet. If it has already been spent, the balance may become negative and is offset against future credits.

Wallet (store credit)

Cashback, referral rewards and other bonuses are store credit, not money. They cannot be cashed out, withdrawn or transferred to another person.
Store credit can only be used to pay for purchases on minimap.am.
If an order paid partly with store credit is cancelled or returned, that part is returned to the wallet, not paid out as money.
Minimap Clothing Store may cancel rewards obtained through abuse or fraud.
Wallet balance is an application-level bonus granted at Minimap Clothing Store's discretion as part of promotional programs (such as cashback, the referral program, or promotional campaigns). It is not a deposit, a financial instrument, or a guaranteed sum of money.
If the Minimap website or a specific promotional program is discontinued, suspended, or becomes unavailable for technical, business or any other reason, any unused wallet/bonus balance is forfeited. This does not create a debt or a payment obligation owed by Minimap Clothing Store.

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
